SitterPlan is operated by Veteran Standard Company, a sole proprietorship. These terms describe use of the SitterPlan care coordination service.

Using SitterPlan

Account holders must be adults authorized to provide and share the information they enter. Keep account access secure and obtain permission before adding another person’s private information or photos. Use the service lawfully and respect other participants’ privacy.

Care arrangements

Households and sitters are responsible for their care arrangements, instructions, suitability decisions, and payment agreements. A scheduling request is not confirmed until accepted. Suggested replacements are not guaranteed to be available. Suggested payment calculations should be reviewed by the parties.

Notifications and emergencies

SitterPlan supports coordination and does not replace direct supervision, emergency services, or direct contact with a caregiver. Messages can be delayed or fail because of connectivity, device settings, or provider issues. Notifications do not guarantee an override of Silent mode or Focus. For an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services directly.

SMS Terms

Optional SitterPlan SMS alerts notify enrolled adult users about changes to their sitting arrangements, including sitter cancellations and replacement actions to review in the app. When available, SMS enrollment will require an explicit choice and verification that you control the receiving phone number. SMS alerts are not yet enabled. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the app. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS or HELP for assistance. You may also contact support@sitterplan.com. Opting out of SMS does not automatically change push notification preferences. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
